LOCATION
ILEC's office is located on the shores of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, Japan, and directly opposite Lake Biwa Museum. It has office accommodation for the secretariat, a library, meeting and conference rooms and tutorial areas. Attached to the main building is accommodation for visitors.
