Proceedings of 11th World Lake Conference
ILEC is pleased to announce that the Proceedings of the 11th International Conference on the Conservation and Management of Lakes (the gWorld Lake Conferenceh) are now available both online and in print.
The conference was held in Nairobi, Kenya from 31 October to 4 November 2005. It attracted 770 participants for 47 countries.
The proceedings have been edited by Eric O. Odada, Daniel O. Olago, Washington Ochola, Micheni Ntiba, Shem Wandiga, Nathan Gichuki and Helida Oyieke. ILEC warmly thanks them for the excellent job they have done in compiling these 1052 pages of valuable information!
