The training course, commissioned by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), was conducted from January 25 to February 12, 2021. The objective of the course was to support capacity building efforts in developing countries. Six participants composed of government officials from Albania (1), Bangladesh (2), Botswana (2), and Nepal (1: Observer) attended the training.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the training was conducted in combination of online lectures and offline lectures this fiscal year. On-site training in Japan is desired to be held after the pandemic is settled down.
