ILEC organized “Lake Biwa and Lake Trasimeno Exchange Meeting” (granted by the Shiga Pref. Government). The meeting was held to follow and share the interchanging triggered by the 15th World Lake Conference (WLC15) in Perugia, Italy.
It was attended by the WLC15 citizen working group participants, international students from the University of Shiga Prefecture and University for Foreigners of Perugia (the Universities had concluded the agreement on exchange program after the WLC15) , and high school students from Moriyama SGH (Super Global High school) and others. Throughout the meeting, active opinion exchanges and presentations were made to deepen understandings for both Lakes (November 19, 2015).
